Pro Choice?
I have been thinking about this lately. Being Pro Choice or being Pro Life. I don’t like those terms though. I like to have the choice or the right to choose something. I also like life.
I have come to the decision that I am Pro Right.
I believe that women should have the choice to chose what happens to their bodies. I think it is a scarier thought for a woman who doesn’t want to be pregnant to be pregnant. I can only imagine the horrible things she could do to her body which would in turn do horrible things to the innocent life inside of her. However, I don’t think taking life is right. Ever. I feel like if you are having sex you should understand that a side effect of sex can be pregnancy. The result of pregnancy is a baby. (I know, this is shocking insight.) If you are adult enough to make the decision to have sex you should be adult enough to understand what happens as a result. I have a friend who has made the “choice” she now feels like it was the wrong one. Matter of fact, she is tormented every day by her “choice.”
I feel like as humans we should have the right to choose what happens to us. I just feel like if you have the Rights you should choose what is Right.
